Basically a pretty solid house with nice lines, which needs a good cleaning, paint, carpet, misc. minor repairs. The bathroom: gut and start over. Nothing a jack of all trades/master of none couldn't handle, this could be a great rental or starter home, or rehab-build-sell (or hold) investment.
I was forced to repossess these properties. While I'm capable of making the repairs, I simply don't have room for another project. I'm willing to sell them for less than I'm owed, and will finance with a reasonable downpayment.
